Contrary to my last whinge - we have a workaround and the store is back on track. Amazing what a blog post can do for customer service.

Just to make up for all the heartache you've undoubtedly gone through since my last post, here's another goodie for you - Phil's workups on the rules governing any disguises Holmes takes on.
